Website shoes great photos of items. Ordered two pairs shoes for a gift. Very delayed shipping (over 20 days) and you are not able to track your shipping. Product arrived, very poorly made. Requested to return, no response for 1 week, reached out again-replied we would like to know why you are returning. Indicated late, poorly made and would like a return label. Have reached out 5 different times for refund request and nothing. This has been going on since September 1st.
