I measure myself based on there recommendations and the bra did not fit. I requested a return label and refund. They take 3 day to respond and continuely trying get me to take less then full refund even though it's advertised.

I been requesting a return label and refund for two weeks!

Do not buy this company product. They have horrible costumer service and false advertising

Bras advertised on Instagram. The website looks like the company is based in the US. Tracking # received doesn’t work. I’ve reached out several times to the firm with no response.

I ordered a BOGO bra set from this website and paid with PayPal. Never got a tracking number. I sent multiple emails to the support email with no response. It’s been 15 days since I placed my order. I filed a return with PayPal as well.

Janeeyrie advertised on Instagram. After viewing their profile, I placed my order through their website. However, after a few days, I decided I didn't want the items anymore. I emailed the support email on their website, which was the only means on communication they offered, but my emails went unanswered. I was later sent an automated email with a tracking number, but the tracking number doesn't work and doesn't show anything has shipped or that it's even a real tracking number. I also tried to get to their Instagram profile again, but it has since completely disappeared from the app. They took my name, email, and address, as well as $42.98 from me. Thankfully, I used Paypal so they don't have my actual card information. However, looking at the Paypal receipt, it shows that the company is owned by Promise E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and that the merchant's email is [email protected]. A quick Google search on both of those names (the company name and the email) have shown that they're attached to many online shopping scams. I've tried to upload my receipts, but the website keep crashing. I'm happy to send them to the ScamPulse.com if someone reaches out regarding Janeeyrie or Promise E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
