-Purchase (except swimwear and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
-Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on package . Or no refund will be issued.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
After receiving the order TWO weeks later, I tried on the three pair. Only one pair looked like the photos on the website, the other two are cheap and poorly made so I requested to return them for a refund the following day after receiving them. Then I was told they will not honor my request, that I can only get an 87% discount on a future order. WTH? This is illegal and fraudulent business. They should be shut down.
