I bought an electric bike from from jones family sales through amazon on May 16th. I had received the battery the Friday of that week. After putting the electric bike together I noticed there was no battery. I contacted the seller and amazon about this simultaneously. The seller responded almost two weeks later claiming they were on vacation. Then they tried to discourage me by threatening me with lawyers. The battery is worth almost 400 dollars. For all I know they could have kept it and sold it on the side for extra income.
