I purchased an item from this seller in December 2020 for $102.60. They advertised a beautiful wool coat. The item I received was poorly constructed, looked nothing like the picture, the sleeves were too short, and the material was most likely not wool. I contacted the company through Facebook messaging. I described the problem and they promised they would give me a refund if I send the item back to them. The next day, I sent the item back using United States Postal Service. I communicated with the seller via email and Facebook messaging. They asked me for The tracking number on my return receipt from the post office. I provided them with all of the information. They said they would refund me once the item arrived. Later when the item arrived I asked them to send me a refund. They said that I had shipped the item to the warehouse, from where they had purchased the item. They would contact them to see if they had received the item. Then they told me to be patient and they would process the refund. Every few weeks I would message them and they told me to be patient they are processing the return. After six months, I received an email that said “I’m sorry to hear about your refund not completely processed yet. I understand your item was sent back. This is definitely legit website.

We are waiting for the supplier to refund us as well as your item was sent directly to them but claiming not received yet that’s the reason of hold up of your refund.”

They never sent me a refund, but they promised a refund to their customers. They make the customer believe that they will receive a refund by emailing them and sending messages so that 180 days will be up, and then paypal cannot file a dispute with them. The items they send customers do not match the pictures on the website, and then customers cannot return the items.
