I bought a product from this website and received it, but I need to return it. Per their return policy, I can return the item within 30 days for a refund. I contacted them the day I received it to initiate a return, but they have not responded to any contact attempts. They indicate a hyperlink to click on to initiate a return, but there is no hyperlink, only the text, "click HERE." I have contacted them via their listed email and their "contact us" messaging system, but have received no response after 4 attempts. Their number is also disconnected and therefore there is no way to call them. This company makes it impossible to return items and are not enforcing their return and refund policies.
