This woman scammed both my grandparents by renting an Airbnb from my Grandma and canceling it and never paying but offered to help with mortgage refinance. She was able to get personal information on my grandmother and my grandfather including my step grandmother about their financial situations, banking information, and mortgage financing details. She took a payment from my grandfather and step grandma, saying it was to help with the refinance agreement. she never filed anything and it took him eight months to get the money back. She is still scamming my grandmother
