Ms. Burgin stated that she met a man who identified himself as James Miller, 78 who stated that he worked at the Volkswagen warehouse newly located outside of West Africa. Ms. Burgin stated that she spoke with James Miller for two years . APS Investigator believes it is classified as a romance scam. Ms. Burgin stated that various issues arose and were communicated by Mr. Miller stating that he needed assistance with housing, remodeling, and legal fees. Ms. Burgin stated that she has loss $400,000 through wire transfers as a result of the scam.
