Person had originally contacted my company requesting to order $9000 worth of parts. he had stated he was in Texas and wanted to order the parts and pay for them over the phone to have it shipped to an address in Brooklyn NY. The person also said it was for his company AA diesel truck with the address of 511 betty Ln, Trenton, NJ 08628. This address was for an apartment complex club house.

we requested the person to send us a copy front and back of both his card and his drivers license as proof as it seemed off to have parts ordered from NJ for someone in Texas to go to NY. The person on the phone had a heavy accent either Hattian or Nigerian. when we got the email of his license it had a name of James Smith with a photo of an older Caucasian male along with 1 green dot debit card and another that was a completely digitally made card from Macon federal credit union (doesn't exist).

The address he wanted the products sent to was a consignment store that ships items from the us to Nigeria. once he called back we advised him that we could tell that the cards and the ID were fakes and that this was clearly a scam he hung up and blocked our number.
