Met on Match.com, his profile removed for fraud, asking to women to borrow money. He started talking to me 9/26 and continued sending romantic notes then when we were supposed to meet he got an emergency and had to leave for work. Says he's an Engineer and owns JSWB-Oil Inc. and was involved in an oil spill and needs to borrow $37,400.

I am acting as if I am considering lending him the money so I can continue communicating in the event feds want to reach out to him.

Hi, Thank you for writing this. This helped me to know for sure that my sister was scammed by this same man on match.com this past week. He was under the name Williams Broughton and used the same website JSWB OIL that shows Williams B Same story about the oil spill and then looking for money so he would not have to go to jail . Also involved a daughter in the scam. 10/28/21
