Received a call from someone claiming to be my oldest grandson & indicated that he had been in an accident & was in jail for a dui. . They called be by my last name & provided case # season charles 71652018. A few minutes later I received a call from a James Johnson claiming to be my grandsons attorney, I told them I would have to talk to my wife and was asked to call back at 5:00 to 406-278-6487. I asked him some questions, but he could not provide correct answers, at that point I knew it was a scam.
