This person name James Higgins emailed my petsitting business asking me to care for his pet, a chocolate Labrador. He event set pictures of the dog. The deal is too good to be true. He said that he wanted to send me a check and was asking for my personal address. I told him that I wanted to meet with him and his dog. He specifically said that it wasn't possible because he works as a truck driver. I told him to call me and he said that he doesn't have time to talk on the phone. I asked him for information about his dog such as care instructions and he was willing and provided everything. What struck me was when he said that he wanted me to deposit a check into my account - deduct $500 and then send the rest of the money to his pet supplier. I told him that he should pay his pet supplier himself and he said that he couldn't do that. He also had poor grammer and didn't seem to concern about me meeting his dog. He insisted that his cousin will drop his dog off at my home next week, but he needed my addresses. Pet sitters in Los Angeles, please beware!
