After I had inquired about the status of my application in person, the woman told me It would take up to 5 businiess day to process it. 7 days go by and I finally got my application ran, i was soooo confident that id get accepted because I knew i'd qualify. My house hold income is OVER 3xtimes the rent, we have worked at our jobs for 3+years and have EXCELENT rental history, no evictions and have never paid rent late. And No criminal back ground. They called me back and said I wasnt excepted, I asked WHY? and I was told it's because theres multiple fellonies on my record. Which is false. I asked if i could send in proof from certified state/fedreal records. And i was told NO, they cant accept that, and that id have to inquire about the criminal background check through Equifax. I followed directions and I called them and then got told by an employee to send in my ID and social security card. (To eqifax) I Finally got a copy of my credit report. Ive been trying to call Jai Property Management company and they send me straight to voicemail. Dont respond to my voicemails or emails. I inquired about the homes again just to see if i could get a response that way. And sure enough! I got the same email again about a viewing behind held at the same property the following weekend. I talked to my current property management company and they told me they hadnt heard anything from Jai Property Management. My employers hadnt heard from them either, Jai Property Management didnt call anyone listed on the application. They collected 75$ from me. (They have you write down your credit or debit card information on the last page in there application.) The posting has been listed on zillow for 74 days now and every weekend they have viewings of the property and pass out applications. The properties should have been rented out by now, so Im sure they're collecting application money from everyone.
This company is a scam!!!!
