This company advertise units for open house viewings via social media and mask texts. They have a lot of people come out and view the unit, they direct them to their website to submit an application and pay application fees and then advertise the same unit the next 2 weeks. Be careful guys. There was a scam happening a few years ago where the management company or landlord would take application fees knowing that the unit was not really being rented or the unit was already rented.

Please look else where & save your $50 for charity. This is a scam. They are having these open houses getting people in to fill out an application fee, knowing you have very little chances of getting it, either it's rented or you don't qualify & they should be straight up with people. It's sad out here how this Company is making quick money & knowing half of these places & are not even finished.. Then pass you off to someone else. The owner of the property. They are not the owners of most of these properties & the owners require crazy stuff. . I have only heard bad stuff so far & no other rental company doing all these open houses.
