I received a call from the phone number 866-980-1339, asking me to pass along a message to my ex husband that this person had legal papers & a summons to be served & they needed to set up a time & location cause they had scheduled to deliver them to him at my current address. I said ok then wrote down the phone number , and reference # this person rattled off. Then they proceeded to call but did not leave a message from the current phone number that belongs to the circuit court clerks office. I called my circuit court clerks office and there was no summons to be delivered and this Law Firm was not listed on any of his outstanding debts.

Routed calls through local courthouse and sheriffs dept numbers. On call back informed me that I owed 5000 on a very old debt and that a server was trying to serve me legal documents. He said that I could settle for 2000 and avoid court. Sent phony document for me to sign and give my CC info.
