Can't get any answers I got something for my mom and now can't get my money back I wish I could get my hands on them lost 70 bucks and be nice if they got messed over to I work to hard for my money so not much more I can say

I came across this web and am fooled because they’re a fake website guys! I ordered a stand mixer kitchenaid brand on May 14th never got the product or refund. They kept emailing me back saying “sorry were on busy season it might take 2 weeks for your process to go through & there are many people who needs to process refunds so it’s going to take some time “ and it’s been more than a month! They don’t have a working phone #. This website also has another email [email protected] which it’s always automated response only saying that someone will get back with me. I sent payment through PayPal merchant email [email protected] with name yanlong Liu which I could never get ahold of..

Looking to buy a stand mixer. So I google stand mixer for sale. Hundreds from this web page appear. It takes you thru the whole webpage like any other one would. Then once you select and add your item to cart it goes thru the normal purchasing requirements as far as adding a card shipping address etc. you do all of this then receive some bogus email stating your item will ship soon. Then it never does and they don’t return you calls or Email but they do take you money. Plus shipping and all.

Was looking for a kitchen aid stand mixer. Googled it and tons came up from website “jackmand” all of which were different styles and colors but all priced cheaper than usual but within 20$ of each other. I went thru the order process gave them my info and card everything was legit to the eye. It’s been over a month now and after recieving a fake purchase order and still not getting anything further I reached out and I was told when it shipped out I would be notified. I tried to reach out again and no reply. Don’t waste your time or money here. Although I tried to look for the site and it’s now gone. So I’m not sure what to do if I can do anything at all. Money lost.

Came across jackmand website. Business is portrayed as having Brand New KitchenAid stand mixer for 58.92. Was emailed given fake tracking number and told my package was shipped out and would receive this in 10-14 days. Package never received. I emailed again asking where package was and what was the status with the tracking being incorrect. Was emailed back stating it takes 15-24 days to get the shipment and once there is a tracking number they would inform me ASAP. Tried calling phone number on the website, it’s a non working number. They stole my money. I hope they get caught and shut down. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Bad people shame on you!
