The scammer posed as "Rothys" shoe company on instagram offering discounted shoes. Everything seemed up and up until they sent me the wrong shoe (I ordered solid black, they sent me gray zebra print). When I contacted the "company" to make an exchange, they asked me to send them a picture of the product. Upon receipt of the picture, the began trying to cajole me into keeping the incorrect product because "return shipping is very expensive" for them and the product "looks to be in good condition." I've offered many possible resolutions to the issue such as, 1. They send me the actual product I ordered (solid black, pointed toe) and I'd agree to keep the incorrect product they sent me so they can avoid paying the price of return shipping. 2. They could immediately refund my order, of $69.99 USD and with proof of full refund, send me a shipping label to return the incorrect shoes. or 3. They could immediately refund my order, of $69.99 USD and I'd agree to keep the incorrect product they sent me so they can avoid paying the price of returning the item.

They have not solved the problem and have now stopped responding to my emails.
