This person is advertising certain products on amazon.com that are not what is received in your package. I have gone through amazon.com to try and resolve this, but because my daughter opened the box, I cannot return it. I don't want my money back or a new doll. I want this scammer, who has been completely unprofessional and outright rude to be blasted to everyone who shops amazon to beware of this seller. I do have an appeal pending with amazon.com right now as well. I have pictures of the different dolls to prove that they are not the same and copies of all the rude emails from the seller if needed. Please help me in getting this belligerent troll from scamming anyone else. Thank you.
