I saw the link posted by someone as a recommendation by someone in a facebook group for sublimation blanks. I ordered 4 20oz tumbler cups and a tote bag on the 1st of the month. On the 24th, getting no replies to emails when I asked about shipping or tracking numbers I used the chat feature on the website. I was told that they got ripped off by their wholesale retailer and that they were trying to restock. I asked why I wasnt notified or why my emails werent answered. It seemed like a scam at this point and I asked for a refund and they said ok. They sent me a picture of their side saying that my order was canceled and refunded. They told me I would receive a refund. I never did. When I tried to contact them (numerous times) by email and their chat feature, I was never responded to. So I am just out this money.
