I saw an ad online for discounted clearance clothing and accessories that appeared to be from JC Penney. I put in an order for the amount of $45, charged on a credit card. . When I did not receive anything after a couple of weeks I emailed the company and was told that the order was in transit and to be patient. When I used the tracking number it showed that the order was coming from China. The email address was Vigonts.com and said nothing about JC Penney. After another week I tried to email again for information but received an "address not found" message. I contacted JC Penney and was told I had no orders with them. I then contacted my bank and cancelled the credit card I had usled.
