Ordered an item in April 2022. Got no emailed receipt or acknowledgment. Waited a month with no communication or product. Emailed the company and email was returned as undeliverable. Checked status of order online and it appeared but no update. A new email address was on website. Sent two emails to that address. No response. Had to reverse charges with bank to get money back. It’s been two months now and still no communications.
