I placed an order with this company on July 26, 2018. I received an email confirmation and an order number. I never received the product or any communication that the product was unavailable or my order had been canceled. I had to go through their website to track my order and when I put in the appropriate order number and my email address it said the purchase price had been refunded. However no refund ever posted to my bank account. There is no contact phone number listed on the site. Many others have had a similar experience.
