I ordered an axoltol that was supposed to come in January 2023. It is now March and still have not received an animal. There is NO phone number available to call them and any email I receive back is an automatic response saying the same thing every single time. No one has actually responded to me. I have not received any information regarding when to actually expect the axoltol- and it continues to say pre shipment. When I looked at their Facebook page- everyone is having the same issue. It clearly is a scam.
