I purchased 4 bundles of Malaysian straight hair from Ivy League Hair I ordered high luster witch is the best texture also very full.In the picture it had 4 bundles of hair , I then selected the length of "28" .I then selected for the quantity of how many orders I wanted I selected one.Ivy then charged me $25 express shipping. 4-6 days later she hand delivered it to my house to my mom because she claimed to be backed up in orders. I came home and seen there was only one bundle of hair . I texted her about it and told her maybe she gave me someone else's order or maybe it was a mix up. She then told me because I selected one order for the quantity that it stood for how many bundles I had. I then told Ivy that on the website I usually order from how ever many bundles are in the picture is how many are coming in the order you place. Unless it says otherwise in fine print, the hair she delivered also had a body wave to it.I then told her the hair was not straight also it had a wave to it. She then told me it was OMG because it was in a bag and she washed the hair before she brought it to me.I the told her I've never had hair be washed then brought to me. I asked her if they had refunds because I did not like the quality of hair it looked nothing like what was on her website. She told me they don;t do refunds then later said she would talk to her business partners but they don;t do refunds. I told her on her website it does not state a no refund policy so therefore she was illegally rejecting to give me a refund .I was later called broke for wanting my money back she told me I was not getting it back and so on & so forth.
