On December 5th of 2021 I ordered 3 clothing items from this website. They are based in China. I've made payments through Afterpay ( who won't help). I received one item and the other two show they are stuck at the airport in China since December 8th. I have emailed them several times with no response, they do not have a phone number. I've contacted them through their website, it takes 24 hours to get a response and each day they evade the question of a refund and cancellation of the order. They keep saying it is in customs, can I wait a few more days...this has been the back and forth conversation since December 30th, its now January 7th. They refuse to refund my money for goods not delivered, when clearly the tracking shows it never left China.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They gave me a fake tracking #, waited for weeks and still nothing. HORRIBLE SUPPORT SERVICE! I advise everyone to not buy from here.

I purchased a dress off of IVRose.com. I was never sent an order confirmation so I emailed them asking if it went through. They emailed 4 days later and said it had been shipped and refused to provide me with a tracking number. I told them that they seemed shady and I’d like to cancel the order and have my credit card information removed. They said they couldn’t cancel the order. Then I received the item and it was of much cheaper quality of what was pictured, a completely different fit and had damage to the hem. I contacted them about the damage and they said they couldn’t see it even though the strings were falling off. I asked for a return and they said they can only return items if they’re in the original packaging and the packaging can not be opened. They make it impossible to return items and won’t answer your calls or emails.

I believe this company is set up overseas to collect money and credit card information. They say that the items come from China and thatis why it takes a month to get. I just got my package and the label is here in California. I think they have someone ship cheap bad items of clothing here within the United States. They provide no phone number, no return address, and no customer service. Read reviews online. They are all true. SCAM!
