I ordered a Omnibrush on line taking 5 to 8 business days to get my order. my order never got to me on that time so I got the number of the company from my credit card. I called the number and Cody was emailing me a tracking number but it never worked. I could not track my purchase, I called him back got his voice mail, left him a message to call me, he never did, that next day I called him the two times when he finally answered and told me it was just shipped. I asked him about the tracking number told me he didn't have one. I told him I wanted my money back in my account with out even asuring me that my order was on the way he said ok and hung up the phone. All I get know is his voice mail. no refund. I do not feel this is a true company. The company is Ivory smile a part of Shopify.
