Ordered Jan 3, 2021. After numerous emails that went unanswered, I finally lodged a dispute with my payment method in mid-March. Wouldn’t you know I got a shipping notification shortly after? Well it didn’t actually ship for 2 more weeks. I received a refund from my bank and returned the planner once it arrived in April (4 months after ordering) at the Bank’s instruction. This is the worst online buying experience I have had. Definitely would not recommend. So many higher quality, better customer service, and faster turn around time options out there to choose from rather than dealing with Ivory Paper Co.

Ivory Paper Co is appearing to be a scam. I saw their website through an instagram advertisement over the holidays of 2020. I placed an order for a 12 month planner on January 3rd 2021 and as of April 12th still do not have my planner. I have been corresponding with customer service and they keep replying that the product should be shipped shortly with giving any more explanation on the issue. Do not purchase from this company.
