My daughters iPad is connected to my Apple account and I received a invoice for a purchase of a game. I clicked to cancel it and entered my login info. I quickly realized I entered incorrect login info however it let me proceed, it died for address and credit card info for verification purposes and I quickly realized what it was.

I called this number thinking it was iTunes to dispute a charge made to my banking account and the guy I talked to (Edward Marshall) was the name he used pretended to be an employee for iTunes and told me my account had been hacked and had been for the past several months and explained to me what I need to do to get my refund, with limited cell phone service where I lived I could barely hear what he said so I had to go into town and he told me to go into Walmart and purchased a reloadable prepaid card for him to refund my money that was owed to me, not 100% percent sure this was accurate, I purchased the card and put $50 on it as I was instructed to do and he asked me for the card info and stuff so that he could refund my money, it wasn’t until he transferred me to his manager that I realized this was a scam, so please look into this and these people need to be stopped.. I was fortunate enough to realize before it went any further. They took my money off of my prepaid card but I have called that company and they seen who made the charge and I am going to try to gather all the information against them and try to have them punished to the fullest extent of the law, They need to be stopped and punished for their crimes..

We got a number off the internet *** for itunes because we were trying to recover money stolen from our account. When we called the number they explained to give my account information and then go buy itunes 2 $100 itunes cards and provide them with the numbers on the cards. They told us to give them 24 hours and they will reimburse the money for the itunes cards back into our account as well as the money that was stolen out of our checking account, $396. When nothing was put back into our account, we called them back the next day and talked to someone else who told her she needed to buy 2 more itunes cards that total the amount stolen from the account so my wife purchased 2 more $100 itunes cards. My wife was also asked to download an app and give them the login info. With this app they charged $190 to our bank account.

I had an I TUNES charge on my account so I googled their number and I had a gentleman answer and he informed me that he could not tell me where the charge came from, In times past if I call I TUNES they will remove the charge if we did not purchase. He asked me to purchase a $100 gift card and give him the information on it. So I did not thinking that this was a scam I just wanted my money back. I gave him the card number he informed me the card was not a valid card and I needed to go purchase ANOTHER $100 gift card at this point I caught on and hung up so I lost $180 on this scam.

I thought I was contacting iTunes but the phone number 18888033141 are middle eastern people acting like apple iTunes I called because my bank account was charged 5.99 10 times and they said that if went and picked up two $50 cards it unlock and refund all the money and the gift cards also and when it didn’t work they we needed to do it again and it will work for sure, it didn’t they got me for $270 then when I figure it out they so what we scammed you what you gonna do and [censored] you and hung up on me.

The scammer is impersonating iTunes saying I've purchased pandora premium for $98. When clicking to fix the problem, it asks for social security number and all information about you.

Unauthorized charge on debt card 8/11/17. It was a $79.63 purchase from iTunes.com/billpay. Don't remember the phone number but it was an automated message when called. I don't have a iTunes acct or iPhone either. I caught it on the same day and called Apple who blocked my card and refunded the cost. A 2nd transaction was stopped at the time of the call. The rep didn't know what was purchased because it was written in Chinese. My bank blocked my debt card and reissuing another one.

I received an email regarding an online purchase from Pandora Media, Inc. Of course, I purchased no such subscription. I believe that if I had provided my credit/debit card information requesting a refund, the Scammers would have used my card to make unauthorized purchases, etc.

Person called saying I had been given 9,200 in federal grant money but I had to call 2028103723. I asked what purchase I had to make, she claimed none. Called number. Man answered. Said I had to purchase an iTunes card in order to receive money.

i received an email from ITunes stating that they received my order for netflix basic plan for 98.54$. i never ordered anything from ITunes or netflix. it has you click on a box that states how to cancel the subscription. when you click on the box, it brings up another box that your computer states that this is a deceptive site looking for your passwords, personal information and credit card numbers. i received this email twice. i called ITunes and they told me that this was a scam and they had received many complaints for this.

I received an email this week that looks like an iTunes receipt. The email it was sent to is my old email for Apple so I was immediately suspicious - but I still clicked the subscription link just to make sure it wasn't from Apple. It's not. It took me to a bogus website. I've checked my bank account and there are no suspicious charges and I cleared out my browser so I don't have the website link - but I've attached a screenshot of the email. There's not much to suggest that it's not from Apple except the fact that I don't pay for Netflix through iTunes. Hopefully clicking on the link doesn't cause me anymore headaches - but I wanted you all to be aware of this scam.

I was going through my mother's emails and found 2 suspicious emails, one sent from the CRA and the other from iTunes. Both emails contained links, the first to accept a CRA refund via e-transfer, and the second to verify my bank information.
