They responded to my emails for the first two months saying my items had been "backordered" and would ship within the next week. However, after the two month time period had elapsed for me to report it to my bank they completely quit replying. I ordered in April and it is December and I haven't gotten an email response from them in 6 months. I have sent about 6-7 emails with no one responding to me. I tried to now file a complaint with my bank but 60 days had elapsed and the store will not issue me a refund.

Womens clothing website. I ordered 6 months ago, never received the item. The business does not answer calls or emails.
