I had ordered something from this company over 2 months ago, never received my item. Contacted them multiple times (7 to be exact), every time it lead to a dead end, they refused to give my money back. Finally when I said i was reporting them they sent me a tracking number which was fake and didn’t work, I waited another 2 weeks and still nothing.

I ordered some clothing on May 9th from this company (whom I found on Instagram). I was told my order would ship 3-7 business days after. Never got an email from them and a few weeks had gone by. So I emailed them for an update in which they said they were delayed. I asked for a refund. They curved me by offering me $20 for more product but never answered me on when my order was shipping. So I asked again. She said “I'm pleased to inform you that, we will start fulfilling orders in the upcoming days.”

STILL not a direct answer to when I’d be receiving my order. I used a second party called Zip for payment. They won’t refund me. I’ve already made 3 installments on this order and it’s clear I am never going to receive it.
