Had money to invest and was looking for a project and this guy "Scott Freeman" sells me the idea of starting a data center. He was using his scam company  - IT Resources - as leverage saying that he has all the knowledge needed and through that company we could supply all the equipment necessary, after I provided with my part of the money he disappeared.

Scott Freeman is the orchestrator, he owns ITR and a scam crypto exchange where they just take the money from their customers and won't let them withdraw when the user request so.

They offered me throu Scott Freeman to set up the company intranet and set up all the machines plus the software needed to function(Basically the whole set up) and after the got the first payment just dissapeared.

I bought $30,000 of Huawei networking hardware from ITR group and they scammed me. They took my money and stopped responding to me and then told me to talk to their lawyer. There's no way to get in contact with them and solve this problem, as they just pass me around customer support then eventually hang on me. It's been 3 months of me dealing with this issue to no avail, I'm just hoping to get something back with my lawyer. I'm reporting these Chinese scammers so they can get what they deserve eventually, and hoping they don't scam any more people.

ITR contacted me through Scott Freeman to offer some networking upgrade for our small business and everything went peachy until we got a box of "Cisco equipment", after they pretended to install everything and a week went by, we started having some sketchy feeling about the performance of the network. We contacted a family friend to check it out, and he found out that they used some Cisco routers cases and replaced the insides with some Chinese cheap [censored].

Got Contacted by Scott Freeman and we ended up using their it services (or atleast wanting to), after they got our payment they just vanished.

Scott freeman contacted our company to provide us with some it solutions and services we advanced their company around 300k a 25% of total for the installation. After that they just vanished
