I ordered two ride on toys for a Christmas gift. After about 2 months the item was shipped and went to another city and state. I contacted them and they kept saying they would send items again but never did never provided another tracking number. I have requested a refund numerous times and I kept being told they are sending the items. It has been almost 5 months now and a month since last contact
