I ordered a Storm Weather Glass from the company Item Hunters Group in November, 2017 and never received it. I have the original shipment order and my follow up notes to the company. The item never arrived. I put a USPS track on it and it was never found. After numerous emails to the company, they responded in March asking if I'd like another item or a refund. I asked for another item and never heard back from them. I see on Facebook that this has happened to many, many other people.
