This individual emailed my grandparents about a subscription with the “company” saying that their account had been automatically renewed and their account charged $439.99. The email said to cancel call the number listed. When I called, they wanted me to get on my computer and navigate to a suspicious web address to fill out a “cancellation form”. Already suspicious, I of course did not do that. The person on the phone became very rude and told me to “suit myself” and then hung up. My grandparents are not aware of money actually being taken out of their account, so this seems like a clear case of phishing.
