On January 5th, I discovered a charge of $39.99 on my bank checking account and it was from a company called ITEC Cloud Services. When I called the company ( at 800-819-0680) to find out where this charge came from and how they got my banking information they could not explain it and only told me that they would refund the money to my account in 1 to 3 days. I never received that refund and I've contacted this company 4 additional times over the past four weeks only to get the same message. They will not let me speak to anyone other than the person that answers the phone.

Ironically, I noticed that on December 30, this same company added $0.01 to my bank account before the January 5th withdrawl of $39.99 from my bank account.
