I received a letter that my info was breached. They said I could sign up for credit monitoring for 12 months at no cost with $1,000,000 identity theft insurance with no deductible. When I went to the web site with the activation code provided, I was uncomfortable entering the info they requested. If I had a specific code, wouldn't they already have that info (name address birthdate etc.)? Could you check to see if this is a scam please? I am not sure if I lost my info or not. Also, they did not identify what company (or broker) was breached.

I got the same letter, I’m worried. I’m not sure if this is legit or not. I have no idea what’s the ITC AGENCY MATRIX.. The letter is coming from insurance technologies corporation..
