I had ordered jewelry off of this website, after seeing ads on facebook and checking out the website. They provided me tracking information for my package through XYY tracking website. The tracking information said that it was released from customs in the US on the tenth of June and was in process of delivery.... it is now August 7th with no update and my package has been in transit for 35 days. I have contacted the website and have asked for a refund and they just keep asking me to wait longer.

The package has been in transit for 36 days.

I ordered two rings from this business. They indicated 1-3 working days for shipment. When I contact them after 4 days that I did not receive a shipping number they indicated that it can take up to 15 days for special orders (this was not a special order). I have contacted them again with no response.

This website touts moderately high end jewelry. The business promises that they offer jewelry that is pure 925 sterling silver or 925 sterling silver over gold, which ever you choose. The stones are promised and assured that they are lab created sapphires. The scammer offers a 1 year warranty, however, after 2 years the jewelry reveals itself as silver plated. I took the jewelry to Daniel's Jeweler's in Los Angeles and it their Jeweler's confirmed that my necks was silver plated, not 100% genuine, 925 sterling silver.
