I was duped by this website which led me to believe they could help me obtain a copy of an Italian ancestors birth certificate. I paid $20 as a deposit, but don’t see that it was charged, but now they probably have my credit card information. Submitted an order and was charged but the company never responds to follow-up emails to two different addresses and the page on website to check status of order is disfunctional. There is no physical address or phone number for the business. It appears to be a phony website and I got duped.
