I received a phone call on my home phone from IT Tech Solutions. I said from where. He replied Windows Support. He said I had a refund for $299. Technical refund. I said why cant you just mail me a check. He mentioned something about the Government and viral protection. Told me to go sit in front of my computer. I asked a lot of questions. He became agitated. I wanted to call him back. He gave me phone number 719-426-6570. He also gave phone number 866-217-9772. I know it is a scam.
