Our business received an invoice for 4 toners for a total of $1690.00. I have never ordered anything from this company or ever heard of them. I tried to call the # on the invoice and it went directly to a voicemail. After investigating online, it appears that this is a fraudulent scam that has happened to many people.

We received an invoice for 4 Toner cartridges for Copier. We have never ordered from this company and upon researching the company on googling, I have found that this isn't the first time this company has sent out fraudulent invoices. I also tried calling the company, and it rang once then a recording came on that said " Customer Service. No one is here to answer your call, please leave a message." It's obviously not professional nor a reputable business, they need to be shut down! Or they need to be called out on all news stations so people are aware that the invoice is fraud!

On or about December 28, 2015, *** *** *** LLC received, by postal mail, an invoice from a company called IT Tech Products. The invoice number 86742 reflected a balance due for 4 toners of $1,690. I found this invoice odd because our toners for our copiers are ordered through our copier service company based in New York City. Any other toners are ordered through Staples and/or Office Max. When I attempted to contact the toll free number listed on the invoice, I simply get a recording, "We are sorry, your call did not go through; please try your call later." Whenever you try to call back, there is never a ring tone, simply the recorded message.
