This will only take a moment, we implore you to resolve the issues on your account immediately to restore access. Click here to follow instruction and restore. "

#1. I do not have a Capital One account.

#2. I have been receiving similiar emails for the past month.

#3. I have not and do not "click" any time I'm unsure
