I was looking to make a new website for my business and found out about ITR and after sending an Email Scott

Freeman contacted me back. After the back an forth of knowing what we needed and wanted they requested a front

payment for "design and production cost", after sending the payment for the website he gave me a template

website that could be done for 25 dollars and stop answering my messages after that.

wanted to get a website done so i contacted a few companies about it and ITR seemed knowledgable and had a good price so i went with them, big mistake because right after i gave them the money they just disappeared.

- Spring Lake, NC, USA

We needed a conference room equipped video and audio and ITR said that they were up to the task, sent Scott the uses that we would be giving to the room and he sent me the specifications for me to re-evaluate, everything looked good to me so I agreed. after paying for the service he just disappeared.

Needed an accounting app for a business that I was planning on launching so I contacted ITR as I found them on linked in. After going through a survey so they could "tailor" the app to my needs Scott Freeman the CEO contacted me, and I thought that was kind of weird, to begin with. After back and forth with Scott he requested half of the money first so they could start working on it, it sounded natural so I just went with it. After waiting for the eta that they gave me nothing happened so I tried to contact them back and never got any response.

- Mount Holly, NJ, USA

Got contacted by Scott Freeman and he offered to redesign our website, claiming that they could give us a website that shows the essence of our business in a more compelling way. After accepting their fee he requested half of the money ahead for production and as he delivered the final product and I saw the low quality of the work, I just asked to get my money back as this was not what we agreed upon. Needless to say after my claim he just refused to continue to communicate with me

We were planning on Publishing our mobile game to the China app stores and needed a company that offered to consult on the topic. Found ITR on an ad and sent them an email to know if they could help us and to know the price for it ( we are just a couple of friends with not a lot of money) they said that it would cost around 7k for the brief consulting and a detailed plan of how to do things, compared with the possible gains it was a no brainer so we went with it. we paid in advance and never heard from them again.

Needed a website for a personal portfolio and found out about ITR, Scott Freeman contacted me to offer their services and after discussing the specifics about the website that I needed, Scott said that I could pay with crypto if I wanted to that they could even give me a discount and as I had some I went with it.

- Skaneateles, NY, USA

Needed a website for a personal project and found an affordable option with quite good reviews on a few forums. Contacted ITR through email to inquire about their services and after a few questions about myself and what I needed, they gave me a price 9000 and then we agreed on 7500 as I ended up disregarding a few features. When they delivered the website it was basically a picture, it was not functional and they had already charged me for it they said that it was what we had already agreed upon and that I couldn't get my money back.

- Denmark, WI, USA

Saw an ad about this IT company and as I was assessing starting a small call center business so I decided to give it a try as they listed on their services that they would be able to help with that. After I first contacted them Scott Freeman contacted me back and stated that the price I paid him in advance. They did less than half the job, a poor job, and cut any type of communication with me after that.

Scott Freeman approached our business, a small call center, offering to upgrade our phone system, telling us that we just needed to change the phones and router to reduce the voice lag and sound quality by 50%, we got excited about it and after he disclosed the price it seemed like a no brainer but things can't be that perfect. After setting everything up things went so wrong that we couldn't keep doing our jobs. When we contacted them for support the number was disconnected.

- West Des Moines, IA, USA

they pretend to be running some kind of tech company with big names as partners when they just install you some counterfeit products that run at a fraction of capacity of what you are paying for. They will convince you and motivate you to pay at least half in advance and even that is overpriced for what they really give you.

Hired Scott Freeman and his company ITResources to make a system upgrade in my office, install some programs, etc. What we had agreed on and what was delivered was so completely different, the money went entirely into the trash, what he did was basically useless. This is all after the payment was made beforehand as he was really keen that he needed it to be able to mobilize his team.

Scott Attends to random tech conventions and after he finds someone with the profile he is looking for he engages and start talking to you con presenting all of this tempting business ideas where it seems he has the infrastructure and knowledge all set up and only needs more capital to start. After he gets a hold of your money he just runs away

Needed to expand internationally and I was looking for someone to make me a website and to assemble the whole online store and mailing system and advisory, Scott Freeman sold me his ideas through IT Resources, they never delivered and kept my money.

- Wendell, NC, USA

Scott Contacted me through email offering me to a free security check and to re-do our infrastructure. the guy said that our system was full of flaws and that needed a serious upgrade, he convinced me that we actually did, after that we paid him and he did some half-assed job to make time and then he bailed on us.

- Springfield, OR, USA

Scott Freeman offered to set up our online shop and payment system, and right after he got the money from us he starting making up excuses delaying the delivery date, and then he moved to China

- Tarzana, CA, USA

ITR contacted me through Scott Freeman to our some networking upgrade for our business and everything went peaching until we got a box of "Cisco equipment", are they pretended to install everything and a week went by, we started having some sketchy feeling about the performance of the network. We contacted a family friend to check it out, ad he found out that they used some cisco routers cases and replaced the insides with some Chinese cheap [censored].

I paid these people 2500 dollars, to create a website for my business, and it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received a product or communication regarding my issue, as they seem to have vanished with my money. It all started when i contacted them about a website development project i needed, It was all handed very professionally at the start, we worked together on what it is that i wanted for this web page, and thought this would all go flawlessly, but things turned sketchy really quick, as days and weeks passed and i received no word from them, they stopped responding my emails and there was no way to contact customer support. I began to lose hope and here i am now, trying to prosecute these scammers for what they are and deserve.
