Using my desktop computer, red virus alert flashed on my screen. It locked up my computer couldn’t get out of it. I called the number on the prompt. I they said they were Microsoft techs. They “fixed” my computer, pressured me to buy the lifetime service which was $1380.40. The next day my credit union stopped payment, they felt it was fraudulent. Then I googled the phone numbers, the company name & website. Nothing. Other businesses, phone numbers came up as scams. Beware....
