I noticed a customer support email link on the invoice which I emailed. I soon found out that this email actually went to the legitimate Isle Surf & Sup business. They corresponded w/me which I soon found out that they were not associated w/the business that I placed my order with.
I reached out to PayPal to let them know & filed a dispute & I also filed a dispute w/my credit card company. Unfortunately, even though I paid through PayPal w/my credit card, PayPal is unable to do anything. My credit card company stated that the merchant replied & stated that they never received a email to cancel. As I stated, I was not able to contact them to cancel & I NEVER received a paddle board. So I’m out $115! I’m at a loss! Hoping you guys can help!
