You paid INSURANCE 2 hours late yesterday after boarding time which was indicated in your shipment information. Your shipment missed its schedule we tried informing you yesterday but no response you see since INSURANCE has already been paid the shipment would need to be rescheduled it's like registering a new shipment of which being a priority mail comes with a $70 tag you wont have to pay for INSURANCE again which is only refunded on package arrival as indicated in theterms before payment. Also there is a $32 fine for the time the shipment spent in our custody because we would be liable for any damages making your total deposit of $102 to be paid via apple pay but this time it's not going to the INSURANCE company so recipient would be changed request for new recipient and we would update shipment status immediately. Thanks.

Am sorry sir unfortunately it's not our fault if the sender is willing to cover the delivery charges again you would have only a $32 fine to pay shipment has already been insured please rectify the situation immediately with sender and give us a feedback so that you dont incure more charges as the days go by. We are sorry for the inconveniences but we did our best to notify you.
