I thought I was contacting Aloha concrete and design based on their website for concrete work for our front stairs. When he came out to our house to look at the scope of work on our outside front stairs he seemed knowledgeable. He sent a follow up email with an estimate to me. On it said island landscape and concrete, concord, ca ata contractors. No address. It listed a license number. I tried looking that up online and no such number exists. I asked if he had a website I could look up via text. He said not yet. Luckily I did not hire him or lose any money. He does know where I live. I googled his name online and found some reviewed of other people he scammed.
