I was called by an agent from US Treasury 5/19/16 identified as agent John Chavez stating that I was being investigated by the Federal Government regarding misfiling of my taxes. The agent was very persistant, nasty, and rude and stated that the IRS has mailed me several notices regarding this, but they never received any response so case was filed against me and that I had an arrest warrant out for my arrest and there would be no bond until I went to trial. He then agreed to work with me because he heard my daughter in the background and said I would need to pay $1,336 to cancel the arrest warrant and could not wire money so he advised me to put on a prepaid card. Now I am out of $340.00
