Elderly lady (92 years old) that is a family friend received a telephone message on answering machine that the "IRS was calling regarding Tax Issue". She panicked and enlisted our help to get to the bottom of it. We Googled the number they left (202-800-8625), got nothing substantial, so we called the number provided and it was pretty obvious that we were not talking to the IRS and Mr. Kevin Martin's office. When we repeatedly asked them to identify who they were, they hung up on us. We then contacted ScamPulse.com and found that this is a scam. We are taking care of blocking the number from our friend's phone so this does not happen again.
