I got a call from this number and left a VM that you could barely understand. I called back and mentioned they were from the IRS and that I owed them money from 2012-2017 and I needed to settle now because there was a warrant for my arrest and if I didn't settle, then they would arrest me in the next 20 mins. To make it more intimidating, while they have you on the phone, you also receive calls from a 911 number, pretending is the police, when you answer that call no one is on the other side. SCAM. IRS will never contact you directly.
