I just received a phone call which was a recorded message. It said "the IRS is filing a law suit against you" and to please call a number. I have a call blocker and blocked them. It came in as "Unknown Caller" and the caller ID registered it as 6144. Don't kow if in this instance it is blocked or not given there was no phone number. I OWE NO TAXES.
